Getting a Degree in Constitutional Trial

He began his practice as an intern at the renowned law firm Olea & Olea.

His education and experience in criminal litigation has been geared primarily to the representation of criminal proceedings initiated by white collar crimes in the tax, financial, securities and property matters, both in defence of defendants and victims.

Since he began his university studies in 2008 intervened in injunctions before the federal courts, as well as in ordinary criminal proceedings at the federal and local levels.

Currently and because of the Constitutional Reform in Criminal Matter dated June 18, 2008, he has given a close follow-up to the implementation of the Criminal Procedure accusatory and oral with particular expertise in the application of precautionary measures and their defense including preventive prision.
