Alfonso Arnáez Ostos

In 1994 he joined the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Anahuac Sur where he studied his professional education, receiving a degree in law with the thesis entitled “Application of the death penalty in cases of recidivism”.

From 1994 to 1996 Alfonso served in the prestigious office González de Castilla S.C. where he worked as an intern.

From 1996 to 1999 he served as an intern at the prestigious firm of litigation Criminal Félix, Izunza & Maluf.

In 1999 he became a partner at Ostos y Ostos S.C. law firm.

Since 1996 he has worked continuously in defense of defendants and on behalf of victims of various crimes before the federal and local courts, with extensive experience in the management of preliminary investigations, in criminal proceedings at the local and federal level and in providing assistance in criminal matters.

With over 20 years of professional experience in criminal proceedings, he has had the privilege of serving as a counsel to several public and private companies as well as individuals of high profile, even at the times have been covered by the media.
